What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device during navigation. They are used to make the site work, improve the user experience and collect statistical information.
Cookies used by Targa
Targa currently uses only strictly necessary technical cookies, which do not require user consent under art. 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code: (a) Session cookies managed by Clerk for authentication and session maintenance; (b) Preference cookies for storing your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE). We do not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing cookies at this time. Should we introduce non-technical cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and request your explicit consent through a dedicated cookie banner.
Third-party services
Our pages may load resources from third parties (e.g. Google Fonts for typography) which, for their nature, may transmit technical information such as your IP address to the provider. This is considered a technical interaction and not cookie-based tracking.
Managing cookies
You can manage or disable cookies directly from your browser settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies may prevent you from using parts of the Platform, including the authentication system.
Updates
This Cookie Policy will be updated whenever new categories of cookies are introduced or when the applicable regulatory framework changes.
